POLYPROPYLENE (PP) is a Polyolefin, and a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications – including packaging, labelling & textiles
(e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, as well as polymer banknotes.
Clean Packaging: This is the most valuable grade of PP. It must be post industrial and 100% clean.
Industrial Applications: This is the most valuable grade of PP. It must be post industrial and 100% clean.
Packaging: PP Rigid packaging, includes containers and other forms of packaging that are Post consumption.
Bulk Bags: PP woven bulk bags, which are at end of life (cannot be used again).
Material Look: Looks, and feels like a fabric, and is mainly used for medical purposes or alternative shopping bags.
Boxes & display boards: Generally used for advertising or show stands. PP corrugated is difficult to bend without denting or breaking.
Biorientated PP Film: Generally used for labels or packaging. Generally shines in appearance and is silky to the touch.
Polypropylene strap (oriented or tensilized) , is an economical material designed for light to medium duty unitizing, palletizing, and bundling.
No rebate – as PP Strapping usually comes mixed with PET strapping.
